Dear Sir,
I have two pans of scanpan which have been used for 2 years.
I found some scratch and coating fall off on the surface.
Even it is not teflon coating, but Ti metal is also poison?
I feel very worried and please tell me the TRUTH. Thank you.

There is no poisonous or other harmful material used in the production of
SCANPAN Cookware. However, the surface should not "fall off" - this may fall
under the SCANPAN Warranty.
Please send the affected pans, without lid, to
SCANPAN USA Inc
Warranty Services

Mahwah NJ 07430
Please include a short note describing the problem, or a copy of this
E-mail, and place your name and address inside the box.
We will inspect the pans and determine if a warranty claim exists, which
seems to be the case. We would then replace the pans at no charge.
We regret the inconvenience.

我看到最後一句We would then replace the pans at no charge.眼睛都亮了起來!
真的嗎?不可能吧!
一直習慣買東西如果使用不當壞了，即使是品質不良，也摸摸鼻子，從來沒想過用了兩年的舊鍋還可以索賠成功呢!
所以就厚著臉皮託人幫我送回美國，寄回原廠。隔了兩個月(其中一個鍋一度缺貨待補)，全新的鍋終於回到我身邊了!真是太不可思議了!!

食髓知味的我，又寫信給我的麵包機公司和慢鍋的公司，果然麵包機公司也答應會寄給我一個新的內鍋，至於慢鍋公司則以已經斷貨來婉拒我的請求。

結論:
1.消費者的權益不要輕易放棄
2.Scanpan還是值得大力推薦的好鍋(我真的真的不是隨便就被收買的喔^^)
